Tuna Salad - (Additional $7) Sushi grade Tuna crusted with sesame seeds, seared rare and served over mixed greens, napa cabbage, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, crispy leeks, cucumber, avocado, green onions tossed with a creamy chili ginger vinaigrette.
Fresh Fish & Risotto fresh fish of the day pan seared and served with a saffron leek risotto, asparagus tips and grape tomato. Finished with a roasted tomato vinaigrette
Fried Chicken three pieces of crispy chicken served with mashed potatoes and jalapeño cream gravy
Pork Tenderloin Milanese pork tenderloin pounded flat, breaded and pan fried, Topped with a salad of arugula, grape tomatoes, watermelon radish and shaved parmigiano-reggiano
Chicken Piccata chicken breast finished with capers, tomatoes and lemon butter sauce, served with green beans and crispy potato

Chicken Involtini (Additional $1) chicken breast stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs and shallots, finished with a caramelized shallot beurre blanc served with capellini garlic & oil.
